Peter G. Laughlin
Peter Laughlin has built a distinguished reputation providing favorable opportunities in Sarasota’s luxury real estate market since 1990. As one of Sarasota’s top real estate brokers, he consistently assists sellers and buyers in making choices that positively impact their lifestyles and wealth.

Hailing from Trinidad, in the Caribbean, Peter was involved in the development and marketing of single-family and resort properties. He also ran an international consulting business in Miami, handling major companies and investors who needed representation in South America, the Caribbean and the USA. Peter brought his remarkable international background to Sarasota where he consistently helps sellers and buyers in making choices to achieve their unique lifestyles and realize their dreams.
Peter’s real estate experience includes the construction of over 25 custom luxury homes on Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, ranging in price from $1,875,000 to over $6,000,000. Peter gained great insight into the luxury home market which contributes to the depth of knowledge he brings to the table.

Natalie lived in New York City for 20 years before moving to Sarasota to start a family: to be close to Grandparents. A mother of two, she knows that buying property is not only an investment but a place where families create a home to thrive, dream and build lifelong memories.
After graduating New York University, Natalie traveled the world as a top fashion model with her own billboards in Time Square. In her travels as a career model, she gained an awareness of true luxury, with access to spectacular homes and resorts worldwide.
Pioneering edible gardens for children in Southside Elementary School, she has a strong sense of community. Along with this respect for the environment, she appreciates the magnificence of what Sarasota has to offer: from vibrant city living and innovative cultural arts, to the beauty that is the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Nancy has a true understanding of what it takes to unite extraordinary lifestyles with extraordinary homes. Serving the luxury real estate market for over 22 years Nancy’s depth of knowledge lead her to become a specialist in Sarasota waterfront properties including the local barrier islands, Lido Key, Longboat Key and Siesta Key. From her many past experiences working with sellers and buyers of beachfront condominiums, investments as well as estate homes, Nancy has developed a passion for assisting others in making informed decisions in changing market conditions.
Nancy’s background prior to the Luxury real estate market included expertise in the building and remodeling industry earning her a real-time structural understanding of quality property. Now a long time resident of sunny Sarasota, Nancy originally developed her attractive Midwest work ethic growing up in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She now vigorously enjoys a vast range of activities on the water and looks to share her local knowledge and experience with those new to the area.

An accomplished and well-traveled business professional, Andrew Tanner imparts a global perspective to the discerning luxury client. Relentless in establishing the keenest value through diligence and honesty, Andrew adeptly presents the most unique property gems to elicit complete satisfaction.
British by birth, Andrew moved to New York City in his 20s where he established multiple European, family-run, handmade clothing houses by presenting them to the likes of Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus. Collaborating exclusively with Italian sartorial artisans, he dressed renowned film stars and Wall Street titans, garnering the trust of America’s elite.
While immersed in New York’s haute couture, he met international model Natalie Laughlin. They soon married and settled in Sarasota to raise their children and be close to family. Once here, Andrew shifted his professional focus toward renewable energy and sustainable building. Initially, he built energy-efficient homes, and later provided guidance to architects and builders to improve energy efficiencies in their custom building projects. He then owned and operated a national solar design and installation company providing solar energy solutions to luxury homes, schools and government campuses including a 20-acre solar farm in Vermont. Andrew has a clear understanding of the quality of workmanship, materials and products that make a home extraordinary.
Susan is a highly-skilled and experienced graphic and web designer who has spent her career helping local businesses achieve their advertising and marketing goals. Her technical aptitude has allowed her skills to evolve with technology. She is adept at delivering content using print, broadcast and digital media, always mindful of the fundamentals of graphic design and communication.
Susan and Peter met in the 1990s when Susan owned BizArt, a local graphic design studio. They worked together on various projects over the years. In 2016, serendipity brought them together and Susan joined the Peter G. Laughlin Group.
A long-time Sarasota resident, Susan moved “north” to Florida from Puerto Rico in 1971. Both her parents, Charles and Sylvia Boothby, had impressive real estate careers in Sarasota as owner-operators of Boomhower.
Detail-oriented and focused on efficiency, Jennifer keeps the flow of information and communication current and accurate, consistently keeping clients in the loop. With many years of experience in supportive administrative roles, Jennifer’s mastery of productivity tools creates highly-efficient processes that enhance the support we provide our clients.
